After many tries, for some miraculous reason my wireless is finally working. I have been disconnected from my blog and I just love this blog. I have been up to so much in St Thomas. I just love this island and it was such a pleasure to have worked with Natalia from the Ritz Carlton. She is an extremely hard working wedding planner. She made sure that every detail was perfect for the bride and Groom . If you are getting married I strongly suggest that you call Natalia. I had seen some where on TV that the Ritz is the Number 3 resort in the whole Caribbean.

On a personal Note: When I had arrived on the island it is though time stopped since I had last come ( I know this sounds Corny) . The island is so beautiful. Its not exactly how you see it in the magazines. My first trip on the island was a big surprise. I remember first discovering the price of food, $6.99 for a gallon of milk, $5- 6:00 for a bag of chips and little Debbie’s are $5.00 for a whole box. The same house in the suburbs of buffalo may cost $100-150,000, in st Thomas it would be $400,00- $500,000. When you first arrive at the airport you will travel through Charlotte Amalie and get an idea of how people live. Its not what you would see in a pretty tourist magazine. It looks like lower class civilization, which it may be, but- it’s different here. People are slower and more relaxed, everyone is nice. Everyone always greets each other and it is expected. People form all social classes unite as one. It doesn’t matter if you are a billionaire or a peddler you could be going to the same party’s. I have much respect for the island and the people.
